1. Download 11g on the Oracle website first

The first step: Extract the two files together into the same folder in the same directory, do not appear in the path name in Chinese, and do not appear spaces and other irregular characters.

After the decompression is complete, go to the corresponding path, find "Setup.exe", double-click Run, install Oracle 11g.
