File A + open:

1. When the file opens, the start pointer is the end of the file, and ReadLine () will not read the data

2. Write () is always attached, even if the file pointer is in the middle and the write () is still attached

1. Write () is write-first memory, F.close () will be physically written

2. The F.tell () function treats the ' \ n ' newline as a character instead of two, and the offset is 1, not 2.
