One. Manual shrinkage:

1. Database Right-click Properties-Options-recovery mode-drop-down selection simple-last hit OK

2. Right-click Database-Task-shrink-File Type-dropdown Select log-shrink operation-not used in release .... (default shrink to 1MB)-Last Click OK

3. Finally, don't forget to go back to the first step and change the recovery mode to complete!
