1. Clear all files under the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA directory (first install fiddler ignore) 2. Clear the root certificate on the computer, win+r shortcut keys, Enter: Certmgr.msc, then enter, find all fiddler certificates, and then delete. (First install fiddler please ignore)

3. Clear the browser certificate file, here need to carefully find the word with fiddlerroot, and delete, to Google browser as an example, in the browser input: chrome://settings/, (first install fiddler please ignore)

4. Open fiddler, click Tools->options in the toolbar, click Actions, select the last item, Reset all certificates, and then close

8. Import the certificate in a trusted root certification authority

9. Re-open the Fiddler, you can make HTTPS grab on the computer.
