First step: Install VMware Tools

A disc will appear on the desktop, and a box will pop up with the VMware Tools installation package and drag it to the desktop

Just like this.

Go to the terminal, copy the file to the/tmp directory, and unzip it (you can also right-click on the previous image to unzip to: Desktop)

After extracting the folder is Vmware-tools-distrib, go to the folder, locate the file vmware-install.pl, and execute the file

Follow the prompts to enter, and so on
