How the IT industry learns and Works (reprinted)

These days, I feel helpless when I have consulted several netizens. Here are two examples:

    1. A netizen was in urgent need of the project and had no knowledge of the project before. I am familiar with this, so I found some suggestions and tips. I probably knew the key points, and then gave some architectural and technical points from start to end. I think there should be no major problems. I did not expect that in the next few days, this user will always ask me some questions that I have already answered. More unexpectedly, I asked the same question at least five times. I was very depressed and asked, "you have been working for a few years." He told me 4-5 years. I will not talk about anything anymore. If I have been working for 4-5 years, I do not understand this situation.
    2. Another netizen got stuck due to a small problem. I spoke about my thoughts. He said that he had done it before and that there was no problem, and he insisted on his own opinions. Finally, I can only say that I can try my suggestion. A week later, he saw me and asked me the same question. I was surprised to say, "Have you not solved it yet ?". He said no. I continue to repeat my suggestions. After a while, he replied happily that he could.

In the above two instances, I feel too much.

For the first thing, I think there are at least the following problems:

    1. It's too anxious to do things.
    2. Be sure of the capabilities of the entire project
    3. Be able to control your own mentality
    4. Before asking a question, you 'd better summarize it, or think about what people tell you. Do not ask the same question more than three times in a second, second, or third case.

For those who have been working for 4-5 years, they have trained themselves to solve and analyze the problem. In addition, we should have some experience in grasping a project. Calm thinking and calm response are all necessary in today's impetuous environment. These skills have no direct relationship with mentality and technology. I have always thought that the IT industry in China is relatively impetuous. In such an environment, isn't it possible to have your own style of doing things on an impetuous face?

For the second thing, I think it can be understood as follows:

    1. Every IT developer is more or less self-righteous, including myself. This is the case when asking others
    2. Since I have not solved the problem, why not try other people's suggestions? It may bring unexpected gains to you.
    3. It is helpful to listen to others' opinions or suggestions. Put down unnecessary faces.

If you insist that you are right and refuse to listen to others' opinions, what are you doing?

We must be confident in learning and work, but we are not self-righteous. By asking others with an open mind and listening to others' opinions, we will learn a lot throughout the process. Don't always think that you are right. Everyone's knowledge and knowledge are limited, so it is inevitable to see deviations and mistakes in their understanding.

From another perspective, we should know how to do one thing and how to do it in terms of processing, learning, and work. I don't think this should happen to a person who has been working for 4-5 years. This situation exists at work. As your experience grows, your attitude and approach will gradually mature and you will have your own set of methods. These methods are helpful in the face of complicated things and unfamiliar things.

So my idea is:

    1. Stop Fu, quit, and do things in a down-to-earth Manner
    2. Modest, confident, not self-righteous
    3. Have your own style of work, including work style and mentality.
    4. Calm, calm, and consider the overall situation.
    5. Make necessary preparations before doing things (for example, asking others.
    6. Attitude
    7. Communication.

In the above situation, do I really make people understand it? Maybe I thought it was clear. Later, I started to worry about it. I still told myself that I should be more peaceful. Despite some poor operations, I have always followed the above ideas.
