3. You can't just be a manager, you have to be more like a mentor, it is necessary to give them a lot of training, technical or managerial aspects, you give them the impression that the strong, willing to help them, you or the teacher will teach them many things, you and they stand together rather than high. But at the same time you have to note that since it is a teacher, you can not have no majesty, for some people who are not responsible for the work you will need to take out your majesty.

4. You have to be genuinely good for your team members, for them to gain more benefits, of course, this is without prejudice to the collective interests of the premise. You should be more considerate of them, they are your people, you can not step on them to climb up. You have to make them feel that you can depend on it and it is worthwhile to work hard for you.

5. What an SA says is even more useful than PM and manager words.
