1. Download the installation package

2. Install Python
A, double-click the downloaded installation package, always click the next step.
B. Configure the Python environment variables as follows:
Right-click My Computer, properties, tap Advanced system settings, click Environment variables, click Path, and then click OK with our Python installation path.

Note: The Windows environment variable setting differs from Linux in that each path is ";" Separated. The default path after Python installation is
C:\Python2.7, so the environment variable we configured here is "C:\Python2.7;"
After the installation is complete, enter the Python test on the command line to see if the installation was successful

3. Install Pip
Place the PIP binary package on the C drive and unzip it. Path is C:\pip-8.1.2
Open a DOS command prompt, switch to the PIP directory, the command is "CD C:\pip-8.1.2"
Execute the "Python setup.py Install" command to install PIP. Once the installation is complete, you also need to set the environment variables for the PIP.
Note: After the PIP installation is complete, the generated command is in the Python Scripts directory, so the address of the PIP environment variable is set to "C:\Python27\Scripts;"
