Delete all files in the/Users/rjxy1_xy/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/ModuleCache directory

But how to find the path?

Here I will tell you a simple and quick method (Library is a hidden file, which is not easy to find)

On the Finder, click --> go to the folder. The input path is displayed, for example,/Users/rjxy1_xy/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/ModuleCache.
