HTML <frameset> label and htmlframeset label
<Frameset> </frameset>: Framework tag, which can be used to split pages. The body tag is not allowed for pages separated by frameset tags. The frameset tag page can only contain frameset or frame tags;
Attribute: cols -- defines the number and size of columns in the framework set. Rows -- defines the number and size of rows in the framework set.
