First step: First, select the current project on the left side of Xcode,
Step two: Next, notice that the default suspension is targets, and what we need here is Project,
Part III: Click on our project name under Project. Check Info
Fourth: There are option localizations, click the plus sign below, select the language we need to provide support.
Fifth: There are two ways to achieve a: Storyboar localization, B: no storyboard localization. To learn more about our projects using B scheme, more reliable
Sixth step: Select the file that you want to localize, and in the Xcode right column option, choose the language that the file is ready to support.
Seventh step: The fourth step localization of the file will be based on the language to support the production of multiple files, we want to show the content as key value in the form of the corresponding file
Eighth step: In Info application has localized display name tick Yes

For COCOS2DX in the fourth step, may not go through, I encountered the situation is clicked on the localizations under the Plus, also popped up
Language Options, but the last added language support of the box is blank, unable to successfully complete the city of multiple languages.
Remedial measures
: Create a new Zh-hans.lproj folder in the Xcode project directory and select it in Localizations.
