RPM Package Installation and management
Introduction to RPM Packages:
currently in many RPM Packages are used on Linux systems , which are easy to install, upgrade, delete, and query, and do not need to be compiled to install software packages.
RPM Package
for terminals,rpm simplifies the installation, uninstallation, updating, and upgrading of Linux systems, and requires only a short command.
RPM Package Management uses
can install, delete, upgrade, refresh, and manage rpm packages
RPM Database,
The Linux system retains the database of the current installation package, which is located in thevar/lib/rpm directory, which contains a hash database file in which most of the files are in binary form.
Use the command to view the RPM database of the current installation package
file/var/lib/rpm*
Delete rpm Packages
use the RPM-E command to remove the rpm package from the Linux system

What is yum
The purpose of Yum automates the upgrade, installation, and removal of rpm packages, and collects information about RPM packages
Check dependencies and install all dependent packages at once, without tedious installation.

Automatic resolution of dependency issues when installing or removing rpm software

etc/yum.conf file details
The etc/yum.conf file is a yum master configuration file. Yum configuration generally has two ways, one is to configure the etc/yum.conf file directly, and the other is to add in the etc/repos.d Directory repo file
