Mobile-side (IOS) IFRAME is not listening to onscroll events

Problem Description:

I have a waterfall flow in a page A, click on the waterfall flow in the picture needs to go to another page B, click Back to return to page a click on the location, in order to achieve this effect so in page a embedded iframe,iframe point to page B, page B also has a waterfall stream.

Problems encountered:

Because the waterfall stream is listening to the Onscroll event, the problem is that the Onscroll event that is being monitored in the iframe, which is page B, will not be triggered, and will execute the Onscroll event in page A, causing the waterfall stream to be loaded underneath the parent. That is, unable to listen to the Onscroll event in the IFRAME, finally and the classmate to determine whether window.top equals window, in the case of unequal, for the IFRAME binding Touchmove event.
