Modifying the local configuration remote connection Oracle database

When we need to view database information, we prefer to view it through the client, which is not only easy to operate, but also more accurate to view. So the need to remotely connect to the database needs to modify those configurations locally? The following is my personal experience, I hope everyone will correct me.

1. Add a configuration below the red line in the Oracle installation directory \oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora file, which can be wrapped, but not spaced.

# Tnsnames.ora Network Configuration File:e:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

LISTENER_ORCL =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = localhost) (PORT = 1521))

Oraclr_connection_data =
(DESCRIPTION =
(Address_list =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC) (KEY = EXTPROC1521))
)
(Connect_data =
(SID = Clrextproc)
(PRESENTATION = RO)
)
)

ORCL =
(DESCRIPTION =
(Address_list =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = localhost) (PORT = 1521))
)
(Connect_data =
(service_name = ORCL)
)
)

yt_px=
(DESCRIPTION =
(Address_list =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 172.41.1.21) (PORT = 1521))
)
(Connect_data =
(service_name = matedb)
)
)

2. There are two methods of listening to local IP

(1) Listen for local IP in the \oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin\listener.ora file

# Listener.ora Network Configuration File:e:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\network\admin\listener.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

Sid_list_listener =
(Sid_list =
(Sid_desc =
(Sid_name = Clrextproc)
(Oracle_home = E:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1)
(program = Extproc)
(Envs = "Extproc_dlls=only:e:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\oraclr11.dll")
)
(Sid_desc =
(Global_dbname = ORCL)
(Oracle_home = E:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1)
(Sid_name = ORCL)
)
)

LISTENER =
(Description_list =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = localhost) (PORT = 1521))
)
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 10.192.88.220) (PORT = 1521))
)
)

Adr_base_listener = E:\oracle

(2) in the menu bar find net Manager click to enter

If you add a new listener to listen on the local IP
