My company recruited many new graduates this year (I did not recruit them, but I am not a manager ). These people are enthusiastic, energetic, and intelligent. But after getting along with them for a while, I obviously felt that they had the same feature: being too angry with students. I used to see my comments on my recent graduates from the Internet, but now I feel it. If you do not have the ability to solve problems independently or learn by yourself, the first thing that comes to mind when you encounter a problem is asking for advice from others, that is, you do not want to search Baidu or Google on your own. It may be strange to ask, isn't the specialty of college students a self-study ability? Sorry, I cannot agree with this statement. People with strong self-learning ability should be able to learn about their own knowledge and nutrition, and actively update their knowledge structure. If they are just not ashamed to ask, it is not a self-study ability. Let's look back at the question mentioned at the beginning. It is correct to turn to the Forum when you encounter a problem, and we also encourage this seeking spirit. However, before asking a question, I would like to ask if this person has made enough effort on his own. If a script cannot be recorded, check the qtp preference settings, click the record button, whether the recording level is too low, and whether the recorded page is special. If you cannot record, re-open all pages and qtp to determine whether the recording can be performed. I believe that if you can do this, the problem will probably be solved. This is an accumulation process for individuals. What makes me helpless is the last sentence: I am a newbie. I rely on it. What's wrong with a newbie? If all the people in the world who will use qtp are dead, and no one can ask, will your automated testing fail?

The new graduates and that person share the same characteristics, that is, they live with new people and think that all people around them do not know or are older than themselves, give a patient and meticulous explanation of the questions they asked. It seems that it is the responsibility of old employees to cultivate the flowers of your motherland. But I want to save it to them. You have a teacher who teaches you at school, but you are in the company now, and you are in an environment where the fittest lives. In society, the knowledge and wealth possessed by a person is the foundation for his survival. If only one person is proficient in a job in a company, then the person has the conditions for capital and personnel discussion, if I can do anything else, I will not be worth anything in the eyes of personnel. From this point of view, while I am teaching new people around me, I am also digging graves for myself. The more refined I teach you, the deeper I dig for myself. From another perspective, the experts and talents in your eyes are actually very common, and they have encountered problems. They can solve the problem because they put the time spent on drinking coffee, listening to music, and playing games. Why do they want to tell you what they have learned with painstaking efforts, because you are new people? Because you don't have to worry about it? The nutrition of knowledge should be put in front of you, and someone else needs to put it in your mouth, or let others chew it, and you will swallow it again with spat? It's disgusting, so I saw some new employees say "teacher" and "teacher", and I have an unknown fire in my heart. Who is the teacher? You are the teacher, all of you are teachers!

The new employee is not guilty. A process of growth is required for entering social work. However, I just hope that all new people will be able to face a new mentality. You are just new people. What you need to do when you encounter problems is to make full use of the resources in your hands, such as the Internet and materials. If it cannot be solved, ask for advice from colleagues. At the same time, you should also pay attention to the method of asking questions. You should be able to clearly describe the problem and communicate with others about your solution. In this way, others can understand your current progress, this also saves others' time. As described in the question at the beginning, if someone asks me this question in the company, I can only answer a very bureaucratic sentence: Well, this question is very complicated.

Sometimes I even feel that the attitude of new employees is unfriendly. Without your own efforts, you want to take others' achievements for use. This is a behavior that is close to a robber. We encourage communication, but there is an implicit premise that such communication should be equal, and the participants should have the same baseline of knowledge. Otherwise, it would be unilateral training.
