[Oracle 10g] Login Sqlplus Error resolved

Win7 cmd run sqlplus error following errors:

Workaround:

in Oracle\product\10.2.0\db_2\bin directory to find the Sqlplus.exe, right-click---Properties---compatibility--- Choose the  with XP Run this program in SP3 compatibility mode--- Run as Administrator on the hook below--- OK. then enter Sqlplus in CMD to run sqlplus, you need to enter:User name : System (example)   Password : (Your password)

When entering the Sqlplus prompt:

ORA-12560TNS: 协议适配器错误

Workaround:

1. The monitoring service is not up. The Windows platform operates as follows: Start-programs-Administrative tools-services, open the Services panel, start the Oraclehome92tnslistener service.
2. Database
   Instance did not rise up. The Windows platform does the following: Start-programs-Administrative tools-services, open the Services panel, start oracleservicexxxx,xxxx is your database
   Sid.

3. Right-click My Computer, Properties – Advanced – Environment variables-System variables – new, variable name =oracle_sid, variable value =xxxx,xxxx is your database SID.

   Re-open cmd, enter Sqlplus again, it's ready.
