1. Cancel spfile parameter settings
   1. Alter system reset parameter <scope = memory | spfile | both> SID = 'sid | *'
   2. Or alter system set parameter = value to the original value
2. Create pfile using spfile
   1. Spfile is a binary file, pfile is a text file, you can execute create pfile... From spfile command, and edit pfile to modify the required settings to start the database.
   2. Maintain the modification history and record the changes in the annotations. spfile does not support annotations.
3. Modify the corrupted spfile
   1. UNIX: Use the strings command: strings spfile... Ora
   2. In Windows, open the file with a WordPad and put the file content in init <oracle_sid>. ora to create the startup instance pfile.
   3. If spfile is lost, the parameter file information can be restored from the warning log. Warning logs contain a lot of content.
4. You are not authorized to access v $ parameter.
