Scenario Description: Start-run-input SQLPLUS cannot log in: "Windows cannot find the file ' SQLPLUS '."
Cause analysis: The probable cause of this condition is generally:
1. Problem with file name
2. There is a problem with the path
3. Problem with installation
Processing ideas: First to ensure that Oracle work related services have started normally, and then find the installation directory of Oracle, Product/bin
Example: D:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\BIN (10g)
Or: D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin (11g)
Double-click Sqlplus.exe directly to see if you can open sqlplus, if normal, the installation is not a problem;
Then: My Computer right--Properties-advanced-environment variables-System Variables-path-Edit, add the full path of Sqlplus,
Path=d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin;
Note: If you need to add more than one path, separate the paths with semicolons.
