1. Humans are not perfect thinkers

We often perform tests and analyze them without being aware of them.

3. The decision may be risky.

• Q1: What are my questions about the risks of this product? Does the test help answer these questions? -- If no, no test is required.
• Q2: does the cost of these tests exceed the answer itself?

Another reason for the subjective existence of risks is that different people have different feelings for the same risk.
