Python base local variables, global variables

The scope of a local variable only acts in the current function block (or code block), and has no effect on the name of a variable other than the function block (or block of code).

In a function block (or code block), a local variable can be used to declare a variable through the global keyword to alter the operation of the variable outside the function block (or block of code).

Global global variables defined inside a function are best not to change the variables in the function.

Scope for the entire program includes a block of code that does not have the same name variable in the function, and if there is a duplicate name, the local variable defined in the function works, and the global variable does not work.
