Defining a variable inside a function is called a local variable, and it can only be used inside a function
Outside of the function, you cannot use the
Variables defined outside the function are global variables and can be used within a function.


If you want to modify the value of a global variable inside a function, first declare it with the global keyword

To modify a global variable to be int, string, you must write global
If it's a dictionary or list, you can't add global if you want to change it.
