Core ideas: 1. Use a dictionary to host the first letter of the element in the Lista and the count of the letter
        2. Use Dict.haskey () to determine if the element is in the dictionary:
1) exists, value +1
2) Not present, add a new key value pair
3. Sort the dictionary by value.
