Problem:
Oracle One-R2 64-bit installation is complete after the Network/admin directory does not actually have Tnsnames.ora and Listener.ora files
Solution:
The problem is that before I installed another version of Oracle, I was installing Oracle XE without uninstalling cleanly, causing the presence of tns_admin in the environment variable to point to an incorrect directory. As shown in the following:
The configuration of the tns_admin in is correct, the original configuration is wrong. The original configuration points to a directory under D:\oraclexe, because the directory that is pointed to has been deleted, so the configuration of the Oracle NET Configuration Assist tool is completed, the file cannot be found in this directory, Tnsnames.ora and Listener.ora cannot be generated automatically, and PL/SQL is not detected. After the environment variable is changed, then the NET Configuration Assist tool can generate the files we want in the correct directory (Tnsnames.ora and Listener.ora), Then copy the Tnsnames.ora file to the instantclient below to connect it correctly with PL/SQL.
Really collapsed, Oracle installation is complete without tnsnames.ora and Listener.ora files
