Run cmd

Set ORACLE_SID = ORCL % service name %

Set oracle_hostname = host name % prevent failed resolution %

Emca-config dbcontrol db-repos recreate

 

% Enter various information. After successful completion, check listener. ora (under the oracle main directory \ network \ ADMIN \) and comment this (PROGRAM = extproc) %

Check the listening address of the net manager and the configuration of the net configuration assistant. Make sure that the ip address is the same. Restart the listener (directly restart services. msc)
