Spring ContextLoaderListener exception reported by eclipse maven Project

Symptoms:

Maven web project, start server, and report ContextLoaderListener exception. There is no project-related jar in the lib directory of the deployment location.

 

Solution:

Method 1
Open the eclipse project directory and add or modify the following in. classpath:
