Variable Value: D:\oracleclient\instantclient_11_2

Open Plsql developer,oracle Login-Cancel

First go to interface, tools, Preferences (Preferences), connect (connection),

Will D:\oracleclient\instantclient_11_2

D:\oracleclient\instantclient_11_2\oci.dll Fill in the box.

Exit the software and log back in

This will allow you to successfully log into the Oracle database.
