The function and use of the geometric artboard File menu

Point "New File (N)": Adds a new blank artboard operating platform to the current operating interface.

Point "Artboard class link (L)": Will pop up a artboard Classroom Link dialog box, you can enter a class containing the artboard remote server address.

Point "artboard swap space (X)": pops up an artboard Swap Space dialog box, enter the Exchange key in a blank area, and then click "Open from Artboard swap space" to open the file.

Point "open (O)": You can open your saved geometry artboard file with the extension ". GSP".

Point "Save (S)": Pop-up Another Save dialog box, you can just do the content as a geometric artboard file to save to your folder. When you save, you can choose your convenient folder and rename your artboard file.

Point "Save As" (A): Pop-up Another Save dialog box, you can save the geometry of the artboard file to a new location, save the last can change the file name.

Point "Close (C)": Closes the current artboard interface.

Under page name, you can name the current artboard page, and click Add Page to add a new page or copy a page based on the current artboard. This is mainly in the production of a large courseware, often need to use a lot of pages, then you can add or copy pages to complete this requirement.

Point "Page Setup (G)": Pop-up Print Setup dialog box, you can print the requirements of some settings, such as paper size, direction and so on.

Point "Print Preview" (V): You can go to preview mode, preview the picture on the artboard page to see if the layout is reasonable.

Click Print (P): The Pop-up Print dialog box allows you to set the print range and number of sheets to begin printing the file.

Point "exit (Q)": You can exit the geometry artboard program, if the picture has not been saved, before exiting to save the file, otherwise can not find their own drawings.

When more than one page of an artboard file, the title of each page appears in the window below, and the title of each page is clicked to the page you want to see.
