"Ubuntu14.04.1" Installs the Chinese help file for vim

Record it for later use.

Machine: ubuntu_14.04.1_64bits;

Steps:

1. Download the Chinese Help file at the following address:

Http://sourceforge.net/projects/vimcdoc/files/vimcdoc/vimcdoc-1.9.0.tar.gz/download

2. Unzip the vimcdoc-1.9.0.tar.gz file;

3. Create the following files and folders in Ubuntu (if they exist, this step is ignored)

# mkdir-p ~/.vim/doc

# Touch ~/.VIMRC

4. Copy all files from the doc directory under the extracted folder to the ~/.vim/doc directory;

5. # vim ~/.VIMRC, add the following statement:

Set HELPLANG=CN

Then open the help document in Vim and it will all be in Chinese.
