Whether or not everyone really wants to go to a company, they want to pass the interview. The interview is also the most important part of recruitment. Especially for departments that have already formed their business, employees will complete the interview within one hour, however, the interview results will affect the employee's treatment and space within two years.

Generally, the recruitment of a company is jointly undertaken by the human resources and business director. The opinions of the Business Director are greater. as a software engineer, I have been working for nine years, since the third year, as a member of the business interview team, I have read thousands of resumes, interviewed hundreds of people, recruited 40-50 employees, and been interviewed by others for many times, I am willing to talk about the interview from the interviewer's perspective, especially how the business-oriented interviewer selects personnel. It may be of some reference to you.

The interviewer's style varies greatly from experience, level, and company culture. However, no matter what the interviewer is, the purpose of the interview is to understand the two aspects of the interviewer, if the applicant has sufficient skills and can integrate with the current team and complete the desired work, the interviewer must understand all your actions, it is to prove that you are qualified in these two aspects. Many candidates attach importance to the expression of skills, but ignore the importance of integrating into the management system. The interview is different from the examination, looking for the best students in the examination, recruitment is the most appropriate person, such as the most cost-effective, easier to integrate into the team culture, and even more people with the current staff.

As for the job, you should select a large company or a small company, and select a foreign company or a startup team. These problems are actually career planning, involving the characteristics of each person. This article will not discuss them.

The points mentioned in this article are described only from the general views of business interviewers I know. They do not think this is correct and it is totally ineffective for normal employees. For example, if you graduated from a prestigious school, or if you have good success experience in your application field or even danale, you don't have to consider what the interviewer thinks or even prepare, because of your past efforts and achievements, is your best preparation. Another situation is that you and the boss of the company are friends who directly recommend you, but in most software companies, business interviewers dislike this situation, they usually don't pay for it to meet the boss's requirements.

To be honest, the key to a successful interview is to see how hard you have worked and what kind of person you are. skills are rarely useful. Because of the trial period, you will always see your real side, skills cannot enable you to be hired, but it can give you a good start. Second, most of the interviewers that play a decisive role, including myself, as the business manager, the interviewer looks forward to finding a qualified colleague as soon as possible in a more urgent mood than looking for a job. They hope to find a good partner to complete the work. There may be level issues, but it is basically fair. Understanding the interviewer's psychology is just to speed up the communication process and help you get a good start.

Before you apply for a job, after selecting the company you want to go to, whether it is about the offer or online application, you usually need to prepare your resume first. Before all the interviews begin, the most important thing is to know what the company is doing, what the job you are applying for is, how to understand it, check the Internet, ask an acquaintance or industry veteran, if this is not clear, this is basically half done, because you are likely to waste time on both sides because you are not prepared for the purpose.

In a general company, the resume is first selected by Human Resources and then determined by the business manager. Or, the human resources department will first perform the first round of interviews. The Resume of human resources is relatively loose, if your resume cannot be used by human resources that are not familiar with the business, you should try again.

The business interviewer selects a resume mainly in two aspects. First, there must be good content, except for the basic name, age, and contact information, your work experience and skills must be different from those of others, and you must be able to stick with the work you want to do, such as graduation School, valuable certificates, and have worked in related work, if you are proud of your experience (special social practices, big projects, etc.), you 'd better finish it on one page. Because the interviewer has too many resumes, most of them are, the interviewer will only focus on the first page. If you do not have any experience worth writing, the second requirement is to make the best possible appearance, unified font, and alignment. If the resume format is not neat, it will make the interviewer understand that you are a careless and untrustworthy person and think that you are not willing to do things well.

The first page of many resumes is similar to a self-Recommendation book. It is useful to write it well, but now everyone is copying it. No one has read it yet. In addition, if you write on your resume that you are proficient in a certain skill, make sure you are familiar with this field. Otherwise, once the interviewer finds that your proficiency is only known as the name of this skill, then he will infer that your other skill proficiency is also nonsense.

After the resume is delivered, if you are notified of the interview and the business manager is involved, congratulations, this is half done. Most of the interviewees can be hired if they are qualified, because the interviewer, as the business manager, is not the main business, and does not want to make any effort, there are many other things, and it is boring to say a lot of the same to different people. The only reminder is that, the interview time is very important, because there are always more stringent standards for the people behind the interview. If you are not a good guy, an early interview may be determined when the interviewer's expectations are relatively low, of course, there are also some costs. At this time, the interviewer is still in a relatively ideal state, and it is not easy to talk about high treatment.

Before notifying the interview, prepare your experiences for explanation. This is a common question. This explanation should reflect the clear relationship between your ideas and your current position. Simply put, it is three questions, what are you doing now? What are you going to do in the future? What did you do in the past? These three problems are not from the past to the present to the future in chronological order, but from the present to the future to the past. The secret is: If you are hired, the interviewer selects you now, and he wants to use you in the future, which is based on your history and status quo. In your experience, you must describe the relationship between your experience and your position. For example, your understanding of this position and your experience includes the skills required for this position.

Take me as an example. For the same experience, if I apply for a Technical Director, I will mainly describe the considerations for the technical structure in my projects, including the summary of successes and failures. If I apply for a project manager, I will describe the main background, business requirements, functional division and difficulties of the projects I have worked on. If I apply for a department manager, I will describe my projects, my team construction and how to implement division of labor and quality supervision based on project characteristics. After preparing the description, ask your wife or girlfriend to practice. Although she does not understand the practice, she feels that you are clear and coherent.

Next, let's guess what skills they want you to master. If you forget the skills, look for the materials to see them. If you still don't know the skills, hurry up and find the skills you are proficient in. If not, lower the expected value.

Finally, if you skip the slot, especially once a year, you need to explain how you want to leave the company and do not expect to use it. I hope to have a better opportunity for development, the interviewer will certainly spend a lot of time understanding the real reasons. If you are not prepared, at the scene, you may start to complain about the bad company, or even complain about the grievance and injustice of the company, in this case, Every interviewer is afraid that he will become your next complaint object.

You need a good first impression. First, you need to prepare for dressing up. Most companies are conservative in their bones-you can see that they require executives to wear suits. Therefore, it is best to dress up in an interview, similar to your job title, no one will have a crush on an unpretentious candidate, and believe that most interviewers are older than you, they may not know much about and appreciate it, especially the post-80 fashion. I also think they should change, but unfortunately, they are in the role of decision makers during the interview. You can only adapt to them.

For example, if you apply for a junior title and you are full of famous brands, the interviewer may think that your family is very good and will not cherish this job opportunity. If you apply for a technical position, if you have long red nails, or the interviewer will think that you are not an elephant working hard. The interviewer will not oppose your personality and freedom for those who make up and wear strange clothes, but they will worry that you will scare customers away, especially the fashion styles that attract the opposite sex, don't just get them here, because it is a great impact, but it is not attractive to the interviewer, on the contrary, it will make him think that you are a casual person and you are not easy to manage. If you are too undisciplined or dressed, even if you are qualified, you may not be able to get a good deal, because the interviewer thinks that your past foundation is too low and you don't have to pay a high price. I have seen a boy with tall hair and metal in his face. I think he is more suitable for hackers. At the scene, I cannot convince customers that he is a qualified technician.

People's dress and costumes will pass a lot of information to influence the interviewer's impression, as if you are repairing a computer or refrigerator, you will also think that a dress is neat, engineers with simple hair styles have good skills and do not know how to do it. Let's look at the bank clerks.

The second is time. Sometimes, you are not familiar with the position of the company, so you have to find a way to ensure that you arrive within the agreed time. There may be a lot of difficulties, however, if the interview fails to arrive on time, the interviewer will think that it is difficult for you to finish the job on time in the future, because there must be other difficulties.
