So I found another problem. I opened the Oracle database and found a problem. The sequence increased, but the data did not increase, the catch errors in my stored procedures are not so complete, and no errors are reported on the page. Why?

No way, I had to open PL/SQL and write an insert statement. At this time, the problem came out: insufficient space. It turns out that the tablespace is insufficient.
