Fault reason: In fact, QQ software and TM system column chat tools are the same software, in the installation of QQ or TM, will be simple to detect whether the system process has the same name process.

The workaround is as follows:

1, the WIN8 System Task Manager and the TM Chat tool process name is same, this causes the QQ installs the process to appear the error, cannot continue installs. So want to install the QQ on the WIN8 system smoothly, need to exit Task Manager.

2, the WIN8 system can not be installed, and the task manager is starting with the same name process, there may be a Web version download QQ can not be installed using the WIN8 System Application Center download QQ can be normal installation.
