1th Step:

Create a new file of any size, where a circle is drawn.

2nd Step:

Hold down CTRL and select the Polygon tool. Select the Crop tool substract from Selection in the top menu.

3rd Step:

Crop as shown in the following figure

Then, click Select "Layer Cut" (Layer Via cut) to shear the circle.

4th Step:

Select the top layer of the circle, hold down CTRL, click > Flip Horizontally (Flip horizontal), and then right-click > Flip Vertically (Flip Vertical). Place the top layer above the rest of the circle.

5th step:

Go to layer > Layer style > Gradient overlay and select color gradient.

Use the settings below to add a shadow.
