To advance the development of cloud computing, in this paper, the formal semantics of cloud computing system are described by the formalized method, and on the basis of which, the impact analysis and data security evaluation of cloud computing are studied in depth, and the main work is as follows: 1 The formal semantics of cloud computing system are depicted by using abstract sources. Based on the idea of introducing dynamic semantics into ontology, this paper presents a new method of knowledge representation-abstract source, depicts the formal semantics of cloud computing system from two angles of Cloud's commonness and characteristics by using abstract source, and illustrates the validity of this method by SCSKP an example of cloud service. 2 The influence of "change" in cloud computing system is analyzed. This paper constructs a change propagation model including "change" information in cloud, defines a coding ctmc that can formalize the model, and gives a method to analyze the influence of "change" which is common in cloud based on the change propagation model and CTMC coding. 3 The cloud computing system is described by using the general model of tabular expression. Some new table types are extended in the common model of tabular expression, and a method of describing cloud computing system with tabular expression is given, which enhances the applicability of abstract source. 4 The security of data in SCSKP is analyzed and evaluated. Based on the abstract source description of SCSKP, this paper analyzes the security protection capability of SCSKP, analyzes the probability of various illegal intrusions in SCSKP by using Markov model, and calculates the loss expectation of illegal intrusion based on the analysis results.
