China Mobile's virtual carrier partner is coming soon. Compared with the 19 FIC licenses issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the companies that cooperate with CIMC added 6 companies, namely Langma Information, Dr. Peng, Century Internet, China Post Putai, Yinsheng and ZTE.

Starting from April this year, 17 enterprises formally signed the "Mobile Communications Resale Operation Cooperation Agreement" with China Mobile. Cooperation includes: resale business from China Mobile to wholesale mobile communications services at a price, to be packaged as its own brand and sold to end-users; according to the resale business specific arrangements, the two sides will be agreed to specific areas of cooperation ( Excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Derivative services that China Mobile can provide to resale enterprises include the tentative system, SIM card resource management service, bill collection and format conversion services, etc. If the resale business intends to increase its value with China Mobile Telecommunications services for cooperation, the two sides will sign a separate cooperation agreement on value-added telecommunications.

According to related applications, Tencent Technology revealed that at first the agreement signed with China Mobile was only a framework agreement of intent. The details of cooperation until recently were finalized. Such as the scope of cooperation between the two sides, product positioning, billing, operating expenses, customer service, information security system development, after many rounds of communication, information reporting, review, eventually the two sides reached an agreement.

However, Tencent Technology learned from China Mobile insiders, the current billing system is to use the lease or let the company still did not reach a final consensus.

Judging from the other two cases, China Telecom can lease only because IT support system interface has not yet been built, while China Unicom allows enterprises to build their own. The biggest difference between the two methods is that the self-built system can be flexibly combined tariff packages, the lease can only be used in the form of basic carrier packages, can not unpack their own portfolio.

The above also said that from the current main push China Mobile 4G tariff package, take the voice, any combination of data, the basic is not likely to allow enterprises to build their own systems.

The coming May and June are important window periods for the intensive operation of virtual operators. China Mobile also accelerated the pace of cooperation with its small partners.
