However, many respondents still have concerns about online shopping. A 93% of respondents think that at least one factor will make them hesitant about online shopping. 62% of respondents said "fear of cyber fraud" was their primary concern, especially in Cross-border shopping, when consumers worried about "my bank and payment information may be compromised", "items may not be delivered", "product quality is difficult to ensure" and other factors.
