The participants considered that from the perspective of balanced development of regional economy, the Central Plains Economic Zone is a new carrier of important regional development plates connected to Bohai Sea, Yangtze River delta, Guanzhong-Tianshui economic Zone, and the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone is of great significance to strengthen the economic relations and optimize the overall economic layout of China.
