Judging from the existing evaluation methods, the assessment of leaders often involves many aspects, such as testing the personality of potential leaders, as well as other relevant aspects of the ability. But now the only thing less concerned is whether the leader can lead the team to create value for the enterprise and create profits. In China or in the United States, a lot of people in the selection of the CEO, tend to choose a good character, or have a strong influence of people.  But they don't know that choosing a good CEO depends on whether the person can create value for the business. In modern times, the development and advancement of the enterprise should be a modern, powerful power car, not the old way. A major problem for American companies is that the current leadership approach is hard to lead the company to achieve good results worldwide. I believe that there will also be a major problem in China. The fundamental root of this problem is that companies cannot find a systematic way to pick the CEO who leads the company to create value and profits. I believe this issue will be more evident in China, especially when Chinese companies are facing a sharp expansion of the market. In the past, Chinese enterprises in the early stages of development are to spend a lot of money to build enterprises and management enterprises, now, the ability of leaders should go up to another step, is to be creative and creative to lead the enterprise to develop. If Chinese companies are looking for aA creative and able to lead the company to create value of the CEO aspects of the lack of systematic and scientific methods, in the future development will also face a devastating disaster.
