According to SDL's latest research, it surveyed more than 4,000 customers in the United States, the UK and Canada, and got a general view of 10 aspects of marketing data and the use of privacy information:

Client: 74% of respondents said they want the customer protection organization to monitor how the brand uses personal information;

Client: 72% per cent of respondents said they did not use the "Do not Track" feature;

4 Question: Will the retailer track your position to move?

8 problem: Customers prefer to use information personally

Client: 57% of respondents said they would not do business with brands or businesses that use personal information to make the experience better;

9 Question: What is the customer willing to give information for

Client: 41% of respondents said they were willing to give up personal information for free products or services;

10 question: What role does social media play in privacy policy?

Client: Among social media users, 55% per cent said they would not share more information in social media than the information they shared with brands or stores.
