I used to go to the United States to buy, my daughter helped me to bring some back, some direct air transport, some I bought in Taiwan or elsewhere. A: Actually. I said work 50% of the time, not to say work four hours a day. The last week I saw you was quite full. But I went to Europe to go shopping, to see the sights, to eat food. You see my microblog, micro-letter will know. That's enough to relax. On average, it's my goal to reach 50%.

Third, if it is to help us invest in the company, I think I can most help should be relatively large companies, such as from 100 people to 1000 people in the process, rather than 3 people to 30 people. A: Yes, in fact, it is able to make work do not form pressure. I was relieved to see that the team was doing so well. The other is to know your body is the most important, and then cultivate some habits, do not make their own trip every day full, or even do not arrange the trip. Learn to observe and enjoy some good things in life. Including family, including climbing mountains, listening to music, reading books, watching movies and so on.

How much pressure I had before. I have two vertebrae behind me, one is my spine, and one of my many years of work posture and stress has made my muscles cramp and twisted into a stiff stick. My 17 months a great achievement is that this stick is missing, because I am not very taut, plus massage sports or something, OK.
Q: After you get sick, I have always been quite curious, how do you feel about the Internet on some of your illnesses, including some very malicious evaluations of you personally?
A: My microblogging, micro-letters, friends are basically not on the circle. So I'm sorry, a lot of people say what you see. I don't see it. In fact, I do not look angry. I feel that I have a good life, and then live happily. If others praise me, I also can not see, and I will not particularly take myself as one thing. Both of them may have been, but now they are not concerned.
Q: When you begin to know that you are sick, I do not know what you are worried about the innovation workshop?
A: Of course, I used to be involved in a lot of things. I just don't know what to do, and I don't know if they will continue to invest. If they know I'm a cancer four, it's not a deep understanding (what is phase four). So I'm afraid to tell them that.
Of course, if I'm really going to end up, I'm going to have to tell them. But my own research found that there are more than 30% chances to live more than 10 years, that's OK, I quickly to raise themselves.
It was a lot of unknowns. But actually really do not care so much, oneself hills, later still afraid not firewood burning? If your body is out of order, you have to worry about it. So I'm going to hold on to my body first. The team also told me their blessings, will not bother me, I hope I can recover soon. Q: You just said, at the beginning there are some concerns, how do you alleviate this concern?
A: Everything is actually ... When you encounter some particularly great setbacks, some new setbacks will appear relatively small, it will not be so pressure you. Q: Or would you like to ask what your first reaction was after the doctor told you about it? I remember when you opened the company's annual meeting in Chengde?
A: No, at that time there is no diagnosis, just say suspicion. I think that means that the normal reaction of a person, the first reaction is to say, "Really?" "I'm going to make sure it's not true. "It's not true." And finding ways to comfort yourself is not true. To see a lot of messy doctors, Chinese medicine, Western medicine, and some of the more strange to help you get a variety of instruments to test, anyway want to hear more comfort (the better), looking for comfort. Q: It seems that the average person's working hours are getting longer. Including some of the company's famous 996 working hours. I do not know in your opinion, for the high-speed development of internet companies, there is a so-called life work balance?
A: I think we're going to pass at four. What is a pass, in fact, everyone can define themselves. Sleeping three hours a day must be a failure. Every day only eat McDonald's must be failed, never exercise is definitely not a pass, the pressure to carry a special big certainly is not a pass, every day can not sleep must not pass, must take a sleeping pill is certainly also failed. What a fail I feel very clear.
I would suggest that all entrepreneurs, people who work, and people all over the world should pass the four. Entrepreneurs may be more difficult to pass the pressure, but at least three of them will pass. You work one day for example 11, 12, 13, 14 hours, which is absolutely enough. Really push oneself to do not sleep, this word, in fact, if you have a low immunity, there will be very serious problems. Another suggestion is to focus on your own immunity. Lower immunity, what has come, the least important is a cold, sore throat, tonsillitis, and then a serious pneumonia, and then strict focus on what herpes zoster, cancer. Q: When you share some of this insight to the CEO of startups, will they really believe it? Or will their ambition overwhelm them?
A: I don't know, but I feel like I'm listening. Q: The second situation you're talking about is the direction of absolute failure, a good enough entrepreneur, and he doesn't realize it?
A: sometimes not. This is a paradox. Every one I tell you is an example of reality, he just doesn't. Maybe he was based on different backgrounds, looking at the problem from different angles, and every entrepreneur naturally loved what he did.

I think there are a few problems. Our mortality rate is actually quite low. I think it's a measure of how many 1 billion dollar companies, this long. Q: You have also mentioned that today, there are more and more entrepreneurs coming out of the business. Are these big companies out of the entrepreneurs and the success of continuous entrepreneurs high probability, more worthy of investment? A: The average probability of not creating a business is necessarily low. Because there are too many people who do not start a business. I think it should be the highest of the serial entrepreneur, The big company second, then the inexperienced should be the lowest. But there are a lot of great people who have no experience, like a lot of recent entrepreneurs. Suddenly there's a great technology or something. A: I'm not sure which year, but I've always been very confident about this topic. Because I keep seeing more and more intelligent people investing in entrepreneurship.

The 15-minute phenomenon of science and technology, the "evergreen" is no longer exist
Q: On the internet, on the one hand, bat is such a Big Mac type, very destructive and monopolistic company; Is this situation contradictory?
A: Not contradictory. But eventually it will be replaced from generation to generation. In fact, not so long ago, we think that China's most cattle companies or Lenovo, Huawei, when suddenly become these several? Why is it that so many outstanding people in Huawei did not do it, and Tencent did it next door? In fact, there is a different corporate culture and advantages, as well as the dilemma of innovators. Once it's big, you don't want to lose the market you already have and do the new market. The return on your investment will not be worth it. These are human nature, so almost a routine (phenomenon), small companies continue to rise, large companies continue to decline-can not be said to decline, is to enter a state of maintenance. IBM still exists, but is not the most active company. So is Microsoft. Everyone is talking about Google, Facebook. Next, there may be a new generation of companies. The new changes in every technological trend will give small companies considerable advantages. Because it does not have an innovator's dilemma, its culture and age give it a greater impetus.

Q: Ma Yun's view is that the word monopoly is no longer in the internet age, or outdated. According to what you just said, can you understand that you think so?
A: Monopolies have considerable economic benefits. Whether it is the monopoly of Microsoft, Google Monopoly, Alibaba or Tencent Monopoly, in the initial stage of monopoly has great economic benefits. Because it becomes a platform, has its own eco-system. The initial period may be a few years, during which it allows for greater growth with smaller resources. Multiple competitions at this stage may be ineffective. But monopolies have their own problems. A: No, I think in the High-tech field, it must be 15 minutes under the sun, and will never stay. Even if you are a big company still growing, but a certain small company grow faster. Even if your monopoly is successful, it is still slowly advancing. People will be lured away by the best chance. The most powerful person goes into what field and that field changes. Today I feel that I have attracted a number of top people in the entrepreneurial world, and I think they have the highest IQ. When this change occurs, large companies bleed. So there is no evergreen. A good business should stay in the sun for 15 minutes, enjoy the moment and do something great. Then really love and enjoy the moment. After this 15 minutes, spend some money to insist on, the money is not enough to issue shares, bank loans, and then stick to it, the last real capital operation is not down. You see 2014 years, Tencent, Ali, Facebook, Google spent how much money to do this effort. You can postpone your inheritance, but you can't grow green.
Q: Then we have to change the standards of the great company. There is at least one standard that can be managed or culture to extend the company to achieve evergreen.
A: But the mode of management can continue to learn and grow. You see how the Google Works can see Google's culture, Ali has its great culture, Tencent has its product culture. I can learn the essence of these cultures, but think a culture of the company can live 200 years, this is certainly not in the High-tech field.
