National Taiwan Office of Ministry of Commerce will manage investment matters of mainland enterprises to Taiwan

The Ministry of Commerce, the National Taiwan Office 17th issued a joint notice to clarify the mainland enterprises to invest in Taiwan's processing procedures.　　According to the notice, the Ministry of Commerce will be responsible for the investment in Taiwan and the establishment of non-corporate management matters in accordance with the "Overseas Investment management measures". The "notice on matters related to the investment or establishment of a non-legal person in Taiwan" indicates that the investment or establishment of a non-legal person's local enterprise in Taiwan shall be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce by the provincial Department of Commerce and the Central Enterprise applies to the Ministry of Commerce.　　When the provincial Department of Commerce or the central enterprise makes an application for approval to the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, after soliciting the advice of the state Taiwan office, approves the overseas Investment management measures. The notice is clear, mainland enterprises should strictly according to the scope of business approved by the Ministry of Commerce to carry out related business. The mainland enterprises shall report the relevant registration documents to the Ministry of Commerce and the National Taiwan Office for the record within 15 working days after the local registration of enterprises or non-legal persons registered in Taiwan.　　In addition, the mainland enterprises to Taiwan investment supervision and inspection rights and penalties belong to the Ministry of Commerce and National Taiwan Office.
