Observation: An unavoidable business center for cloud Computing

Cloud Computing (Cloud computing) is a super computing model based on the Internet. The pooling of information and processor resources stored on PCs, mobile phones and other devices to work together. The Gmail we see (Google's free email service) can be used on a variety of terminal browsers, such as PCs, Smartphones, and is an example of a cloud computing application.

However, for cloud computing to the end of the requirements of the Smart or fool, the two major interest groups--intel and arm launched a confrontation.

Pranav Mehta, Intel's chief engineer and chief technology officer, believes that if there is a cloud computing technology, more and more intelligent, then all kinds of terminals become more and more stupid (I understand the "simple" derogatory), stupid terminal plus the center of cloud computing, like such a reasoning, The conclusion is that the devices on our hands are less intelligent. But please recall that in the 90 's there is a new word-network terminal, the computer into a network terminal, then someone predicted: if there is the Internet, and the Internet more and more intelligent, network terminals should be more and more simple, more and more stupid, more and more stupid. Was there anyone worried about Intel?

But what is the real situation? We can see a trend: As the Internet becomes more and more widely used, terminal equipment is becoming more and more powerful, and now has the ability to compare, for example, smartphones and other devices. If we follow the logic of "network terminals are getting simpler", it won't work.

At the same time we can push out, what is the device? Only the equipment can interact with people, the equipment is alive, can be touched, so we should face the reality: If cloud computing is a very smart technology, in fact, people need to get this technology. And now people are not smart enough to get a very smart technology from a very stupid terminal, which requires our terminals to be smarter and smarter.

With the increasingly widespread use of virtualization technology, it is inevitable to call the cloud model into a business-centric, focused virtualization application. Cloud computing is a multiple proposition. The cloud's proponents suggest turning it into a complete transformation, transforming the model solid-state electronics or the World Wide Web. In other words, change the status quo irreversibly forever.

Other supporters, perhaps more cautious, are inclined to downplay the radical aspects of cloud computing. They acknowledge that, although the changes have indeed taken place, the cloud model is still in line with (fidelity to its origins) the status quo. The so-called "private cloud", cloud computing, will make business customers safer and often use the strategy. Stephen Eliot, vice president of the infrastructure management and automation strategy of the CA company, is likely to have a slight lack of perspective on change or alternation.

After all, radical transformation is a more radical concept. Elliot tends to use the cloud model as a starting point, a particularly important point is that this is a continuous process: in this case, is a virtual unity. According to Elliot's point of view, cloud computing is basically a generally sound virtualization concept. In this sense, he argues, cloud models are an unavoidable consequence of the widespread adoption of virtualization. Key virtualization applications that call cloud models to business-centric are already inevitable.

In the private cloud model, Elliot points out that customers do not need to buy IT services specifically. They do not have to pay it application (or service) fees. Because, they only need some kind of explicit service: Consider the software as the Service (Software-as-a-service), rather than the business process as a service.

Like other vendors, CAs have entered the competition for full cloud computing. On the private cloud side, Elliott points out that its recently launched Spectrum infrastructure Manager, electronic health care performance manager, and Spectrum Automation Manager series products are designed to facilitate IT professionals to manage their growing and increasingly pervasive virtual environments.

For example, Elliot said that the CA's infrastructure retrofit Spectrum Manager and E-health performance manager now support VMware's virtual vsphere 4 and Cisco Systems Company's Nexus 1000V. As a result, the two products can be used for event correlation and root cause analysis, as well as for identifying performance-abnormal users or affected services. In other respects, improved products provide new interactive reporting capabilities and can generate historical trend reports to support the ability to plan work.

Elliot admits that the current use of private cloud or corporate cloud computing is not commonplace, but will definitely involve the interests of customers.
