In my opinion, cloud computing is a new generation it model that provides a convenient user experience and low cost with the support of a huge cloud computing center on the back end.

Specifically, because of the large, automated, and highly reliable cloud computing centers at the back end, people can access all sorts of cloud-based applications and information as long as they have access to the Internet, eliminating the tedious operations of installation and maintenance, and Businesses and individuals can also use the services provided by the cloud computing Center at a low price or directly build the information services they need in the cloud, which is very similar to utilities such as water and electricity in charge mode, and only pays for the parts used. Next, we will further analyze cloud computing's user experience and cost benefits from the perspective of cloud users, primarily individual users and businesses.

User Experience

For individual users, in the era of cloud computing, there will be an increasing number of internet-based services that are rich, powerful, and accessible at anytime, without the need to buy, download, and install any clients, and easily access them with a browser, without having to worry about software upgrades and virus infections. Also, people can share and collaborate on data such as documents, such as editing the same article together, and through strict rights management mechanisms to ensure that collaboration is done in a secure environment. For enterprise users, cloud technology can be used to optimize their existing IT services, to make existing IT services more reliable and more automated, to migrate enterprise IT services to the cloud as a whole, to remove the burden of maintaining IT services, and to focus more on their main business.

Cost aspects

For individual users, because the service is running in the cloud, the local computing needs are less, so there is no need to upgrade the configuration of the computer as in the past or buy expensive new computers, just a cheap internet access to smart terminals, such as: mobile phones and netbooks. At the same time, since Internet services are on demand, it is not necessary to acquire inexpensive software clients in the initial stages. For enterprise users, in addition to the use of advanced cloud technology to reduce enterprise IT initial investment costs and later maintenance costs, but also by outsourcing IT services or the overall migration to reduce IT departments, make the company cost structure more perfect.
