The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: first, from the macro-environment and micro-environment two aspects of cloud computing and enterprise information construction for the General Exposition, analysis of cloud computing to the enterprise information brought about by the changes and benefits, explained based on cloud computing technology for enterprise information construction needs attention. Comparing traditional IT architecture platform and cloud computing platform, analyzing the problems of traditional IT architecture platform, analyzing the difference of cloud computing platform in cost, deployment installation, management and traditional it architecture platform, and introducing the technical advantages of cloud computing platform in detail. Through the cost-benefit analysis of the cloud computing platform, we find that the private cloud is the best choice for the large and medium enterprises, under the normalization effect, the dynamic extensibility of the private cloud platform and the low maintenance cost can bring good economic benefits to the large and medium enterprises. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of the information construction of ABC Design Institute, and emphatically analyzes the existing problems in the informatization of ABC Design Institute. Through the analysis, it is found that these problems can not be fundamentally solved by traditional it construction methods. Based on the analysis of the target of enterprise and information construction in ABC Design Institute and the latest cloud computing technology, the paper finds that the existing problems of ABC Design Institute and the goal of information construction can be solved by using cloud computing technology. By constructing the private cloud platform of ABC Design Institute, we can realize the advantages of centralized management and large-scale operation, and realize the unified management of IT resources, and all future business systems are managed locally through a unified cloud portal platform. Publish cloud desktop and cloud applications to provide efficient, secure, and standard desktop Office environments for office and design staff. According to the actual demand of ABC Design Institute, the system design of the private cloud platform of ABC Institute is carried out.
