Scientific Linux v4.9 I386 & compatible release

Scientific Linux is a recompiled red Hat Enterprise Linux, developed jointly by the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, the European Organization for Nuclear research, and universities and laboratories around the world. It is designed to be fully compatible with red Hat Enterprise Linux, and it also provides an additional, revenue-generating package for upstream products. Scientific Linux release 4.9 are based on the rebuilding of RPMS off of Srpms ' s from Enterprise 4, including Update 9. It also super-delegates all errata and bugfixes up loop April 19, 2011.
