1, high efficiency: The company is not a large family, but an efficient team. 3, Growth: For a fast-growing enterprise, change is unavoidable, so it is required to improve the ability to adapt to change, improve the technical level. In my business, I highly value the staff after a period of work can not grow, if unable to grow, sorry!

4, honesty and self-discipline: These two points is the basic principle of life, if the staff even honest, self-discipline can not do, in addition to the scourge of other members of the team, I can not find other functions. Companies respect employees, employees should also respect the enterprise.

5, tolerance: In a fast-growing enterprise, employees are in a high-pressure state. Enterprise work more, customers need more. Even if there is pressure, we should be tolerant of ourselves, but also to customer tolerance. The meaning of tolerance is broader, such as non-discrimination, gender and racism, and not insult others.

So if an employee comes up with a situation that doesn't fit the above quality, we'll get a lot of chances of firing him. But in any company, can not say expelled from the dismissal, there must be a formal reason, I personally think the most useful and the most important thing is "corporate capital budget is not enough."
