State Digital's Go Launcher ex had an average of 42 million active users in the third quarter of 2013, and 3G Portal (3g.cn) reached 440 million independent users in September 2013.
The prospectus shows that in the 9 months ended September 30, 2013, state Digital is one of the top three largest publishers in Google Play apps.
State digital platform Products Go Launcher Ex can manage Android smartphone apps, widgets, and features. According to the app Annie FDI report, the Go Launcher ex was the largest application in the Google Play personalization category in the 9 months of 2012 and 2013 years ago. As of September 30, 2013, it has attracted about 239 million users, with an average monthly active user reaching 42 million in the third quarter of 2013. The Go Launcher ex supports 38 languages and has attracted users in more than 200 countries and regions since its release in November 2010.
Based on the success of Go Launcher ex, state has developed the went products, including starter products and various other went series applications and widgets, which provide rich features, powerful performance and a comprehensive personalized experience for Android smartphones. The Go series attracted around 325 million subscribers globally as of September 30, 2013, with more than 70% from outside China. State digital has been and will continue to expand the go platform based on went Launcher ex and will integrate all the go products and third party mobile internet products and services.
The prospectus also said that state Digital 2004 launched 3g.cn, one of China's first mobile internet portals, and in 2010 launched a mobile reading service to capture one of the early commercial opportunities in the mobile internet industry. 3g.cn and mobile reading services provide stable and growing users and paid users. 3g.cn's Independent user volume reached 440 million in September 2013.
The prospectus shows that state digital revenue is obtained through paid applications and premium themes, the use of advanced features, various forms of advertising, and the purchase of literature content by users. State Digital believes that in the ongoing expansion of the go platform to take advantage of the mobile Internet industry opportunities, can still explore more commercial opportunities to expand revenue sources.
The prospectus also shows that state digital has grown dramatically in recent years, with total revenue rising from 96.6 million yuan in 2011 to 185.2 million yuan (about 30.2 million US dollars) in 2012, up from 6 yuan in the 7450 months ended June 30, 2012 , rising to 139.3 million yuan (about 22.7 million US dollars) in the same period in 2013, an increase of 87%. The company has been profitable since 2012, with a net profit of 15.2 million yuan (about 2.5 million US dollars) in 2012 and a net profit of 33.5 million yuan (about 5.5 million US dollars) within 6 months as of June 30, 2013.
