Survey: 84% of IT executives don't take full advantage of cloud computing

The survey, carried out in 2013 at the European Cloud Show (Cloud Expo Europe), also showed that 60% of IT managers felt that their IT strategy was not being controlled or provided what the enterprise needed. 57% of respondents said they had no clear cloud computing strategy at all.
