Three companies holding hands cloud computing cooperation

News (reporter New Yinghui) yesterday, EMC, VMware and China Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. jointly announced the signing of the tripartite Strategic cooperation memorandum, in the cloud computing and data storage areas to reach a consensus of cooperation.　　It is understood that tripartite cooperation will include services based on China Electronics, EMC's information management, storage, security technology, VMware's cloud infrastructure and management technology. For this collaboration, EMC's Greater China President Ye Chenghui that EMC and China Electronics, Vmvare have many years of cooperation background, the strategic cooperation is the tripartite need, China electronics need EMC and VMware in the cloud computing, high-end storage and other aspects of technology and development experience,　　EMC also needs to take advantage of China's electronic channels and resources to get more orders. It is revealed that this strategic cooperation is not limited to traditional business cooperation, there will be more models and ways, but now still in the negotiations, is not sure whether will set up a joint venture company.
