YAGF is a graphical front-end tool for cuneiform and Cube OCR. It can open scanned image files, or get new images via Xsane (scan results are automatically routed to YAGF). If you have a recognizable scanned image, you can select a specific image area to identify, set the recognition language, and so on. The identified text can be displayed in the editor window, which can be checked for spelling, corrected, saved to disk, or copied to the Clipboard.
YAGF 0.9 This version increases the black edges that appear when you automatically clear the scanned small files. Add options to set the dialog box to close. Pictures are loaded and processed faster. Improve the image's resistance to distortion. (tesseract3+) to add a new recognition language.
