After you click OK after the process properties are set, you can set up the process steps.
Click the steps button on the toolbar to add a new step.
Double-click on the new step graphic to eject the corresponding property setting box for that step.
Step ID: The system automatically generates a unique ID for this step.
Step Name: The name of the step.
Opinion Display: whether the approval opinion of the historical step is displayed at the bottom of the approval form, if the display is selected, the historical opinion is displayed as follows:

whether to archive: whether the form data is deposited into the archive database after this step is sent so that it can be queried for approval of the process at a later time, independent of the Business data table.
Form : a form that is bound to this step, which can be a form that is designed by the form designer, or a form that you write by yourself. Applications that exist in the application library can be approved as a process form.
Description : The description of the step, which is displayed on the interface at the time of sending.
